professional inspection, you must know the qualifications
of your inspector.
Michael Smith, the owner of Woodsmith Inspections, is our
only inspector, so you
won't get someone just recently trained with no experience.
Michael's extensive background in construction spans over
25 years including:
five years as the Senior Carpentry Class instructor at the
Montgomery County Career Center. In 1976, Michael implemented
the Senior Class Home Building Program which is still in
use today.
In 1981, Michael started Woodsmith Custom Home Building.
In 1989, Michael founded Woodsmith Home Inspection Services.
Michael is a Registered Contractor through the City of Dayton.
